GreakTech LLC is a small start up tech company that specializes in Digital transformation, Application development, data handling and management and cloud infrastructure. With GreakTech looking to take the jump into the public sector they needed to revamp their website and bring consistency between all their physical and digital materials.

Challenge
With GreakTech wanting to emphasis their presence in the public sector while staying true to their small business atmosphere, we had to find a middle ground between public and private sector expectations. GreakTech also wanted ot highlight their companies core values and capabilities to indicate what they were capable of while standing out from the small tech start up crowd.
Results
The redesigned website features a clean, clutter-free interface, making it easier for users to navigate and access essential information.
The improved brand resulted in a 35% increase in clarity with potential customers.
The addition of case studies ot the website provided the potential customers with examples of the work their company was capable of producing.

Process
Research & Analysis: We conducted user interviews, competitive analysis, and analyzed in-app analytics to understand the pain points and user needs. We also studied competitor apps and industry trends to gather insights.
Information Architecture: Based on the research findings, we restructured the app's navigation and content, prioritizing company values, information and previous projects according to user needs.
Wireframing & Prototyping: We designed low-fidelity wireframes to visualize the new layout and navigation, iteratively refining them based on client feedback. Afterward, we built a high-fidelity, interactive prototype to test the design.
Usability Testing: We conducted usability tests with a small diverse group of users to validate the design and identify areas for improvement. Based on the feedback, we made necessary adjustments to the design and information.
Visual Design & Style Guide: We developed a cohesive visual language, including color schemes, typography, and iconography, ensuring consistency throughout the app. We also created a style guide to maintain design consistency in future updates.

Conclusion
The rebranded and redesigned website not only made the companies capabilities clearer but also brought on an increase of user retention and user clicks. After clearly defining the companies mission potential customers were able to spend more time looking at the companies capabilities instead of struggling to determine what the company could accomplish. This resulted in more clicks, longer user retention on the website and more customer inquiries.
